How to Set Up

Your ice bath is remarkably simple to set up. Follow these four tool-free steps to prepare for your first plunge.

1 - Find the Perfect Spot

Choose a flat, level surface. A stable base is key for a safe plunge every time.

Your IcePOD will weigh around 319kg when filled, so please ensure the surface can support it.

2 - Assemble with Ease

Unpack, unfold, and use the included pump to inflate the tub. Once firm, insert the support legs and attach the drain valve securely.

3 - Fill and Chill

Fill with a standard hosepipe. To reach the ideal temperature of 10-15°C, add ice gradually or connect your water chiller.

4 - Cover for Later

Place the thermal lid on top. This protects the water and helps maintain the cold temperature for your next session. You are now ready to plunge.
